  • ¾ teacup of manioc flour or farinha d’água
  • 1 tablespoon of butter


Divide the flour into two bowls. Heat up 3 teacups of water until it begins to boil. Pour over the flour and wait until it hydrates a bit. Put the butter on top – only ingest the liquid.
