INGREDIENTS

  • 600 G OF DESALTED SUN-DRIED MEAT
  • 1 MEDIUM ONION, CUT INTO STRIPS
  • 1 TEASPOON OF CRUSHED GARLIC
  • 4 TABLESPOONS OF CLARIFIED BUTTER
  • 1½ TEACUP OF HEAVY CREAM
  • 1 TEACUP OF WHOLE MILK
  • SALT TO TASTE

PREPARATION

Cook the meat until tender, shred it, and set it aside. Braise the onions and garlic in clarified butter until onions are translucent. Add the meat and braise it for a little longer. Put in the heavy cream and the milk (for an even lighter consistency, add more milk). Add salt if needed and serve with white rice.
