- 500 ML WHIPPING CREAM
- ½ CUP SUGAR
- 1½ CUP BAKED MERINGUES (P. 376)
- VINEGAR, FOR WASHING
- 1 BOX (250 G) FRESH STRAWBERRIES
Wash strawberries with vinegar and water. Remove stems and leaves, cut in half or quarters; set aside. Combine whipping cream with sugar to get a whipped cream. Place layers of meringue, whipped cream and strawberries in individual glasses, topping with a layer of whipped cream.
