Mudubim de Vara Beans

Some say this variety grown in Marechal Thaumaturgo, in Acre, is reminiscent of black-eyed peas. The beans are used in Tutu (beans and manioc or flaked corn meal mush), mashes and Baião de dois (rice and beans dish).
