INGREDIENTS

  • 1 PACKAGE STRAWBERRY JELLY POWDER (OR ANY OTHER
  • FLAVOUR YOU LIKE)
  • 3 PACKAGES (21 G) GELATIN POWDER
  • 2½ CUPS SUGAR
  • 80 ML WHITE CACHAÇA 
  • SANDING SUGAR, FOR COATING

PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients in a pot (except sanding sugar) with 2 cups of water. Bring it to a boil and cook under low heat for 20 minutes, without stirring. Transfer to a baking dish or ice molds, and take to the fridge to set. Unmold the jelly from the ice molds, or cut into cubes, and coat with sugar.
