INGREDIENTS

  • 1 KG OF DRIED MEAT CUT INTO STRIPS
  • 5 SPOONS (SOUP) OF BOTTLE BUTTER
  • ½ STRIPED ONION AND ½ CHOPPED ONION
  • 2 GARLIC TEETH CHOPPED
  • 2 CUPS (TEA) OF GREEN BEANS
  • COOKED IN SALT WATER
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • SIMPLE VINEGARET TO ACCOMPANY
  • CLASSIC FAROFA TO ACCOMPANY

PREPARATION

Desalt the jerky, soaking for 24 hours and changing the water three times. Cook until tender. In a saucepan or skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of bottled butter; saute the onion in strips and 1 clove of garlic. Add the dried meat and brown on all sides; Reserve. For the green beans, heat 2 tablespoons of bottled butter and saute the remaining onion and garlic. Add beans, mix and add salt. Distribute the beans among the serving plates, cover with the jerky and place the vinaigrette on top. Serve with the crumbs on the side.
