PRODUCED FROM A variety of white corn, this type of meal / flour has more delicate flavor than the yellow product. It is commonly used to prepare polenta, but it is also good in cakes, breads, porridges and soups. One should carefully read the label of industrialized products before buying, as the term “fubá branco” can also refer, in some cases, to rice flour.
