INGREDIENTS

  • 20 CASHEW FRUITS
  • 3½ CUPS SUGAR
  • 1 CINNAMON STICK
  • 3 CLOVES

PREPARATION

Remove cashew nuts and peel the fruits. Make a syrup with the sugar and 2½ cups of water. When it reaches a caramel colour, add cinnamon, cloves, cashew fruits and the juice they have released. Cook until cashew fruits are very soft and reduced in size. Allow to cool and serve.
