INGREDIENTS

• 500 g beef tenderloin (or top sirloin butt, tri-tip or strip loin),

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 3 cloves of garlic

• 1 teaspoon vinegar

• 1 onion, finely sliced

• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)

• Corn oil

• Salt and ground pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Season the beef tenderloin , cut into strips, with the olive oil, garlic, vinegar, salt and ground pepper. Heat the oil in a griddle or a large skillet and fry the steak bites, without stirring, for 2 minutes. Then stir-fry for 2 more minutes. Add the onion, finely sliced and sauté, stirring constantly, until golden. To finish, add the Worcestershire sauce (optional), heat for about 1 minute and turn off the heat. Serve with French rolls and vinagrete.
